Mr. Salah M. Al Maousherji
The Chairman
Mr. Salah has over 20 years of investment banking experience. Mr. Salah served in several international senior executive management positions; Managing Director of Capital Union Investment Bank (Bahrain), Chairman of Grupo Torras (Spain), Chairman of Sassoon Holdings (Singapore), Managing Director of Wafra Investments (U.S.A), Vice-Chairman of AutoBar (U.K), and Board Member of Hansberger Global Ltd. (U.S.A). In addition to his current position in Arabi Holding Group (Kuwait), Mr. Salah is also the Vice Chairman of Hasibat, and Director of Kuwait Building & Contracting Co. (Kuwait). Mr. Salah is a US graduate with a Master degree in Business Administration.

A USA graduate with Master of Science degree in engineering and more than 20 years of Information Technology experience in many IT disciplines serving Kuwait and the Middle East. With a mission to increase Workers Equity's professional effectiveness and business coverage in supporting the GCC and Middle Eastern customers and markets by adopting new IT quality solutions, services and technologies.
Mr. Ibrahim Darraz

Young dynamic and sharp thinker, almost everyone who meets Mr. Darraz agrees on those features, coming with an extensive IT background and a degree in physics Mr. Darraz is a fine example of how young Arab managers and entrepreneurs should be, with years of experience in management that placed him to be the General Manager in APCA ,one of the first Jordanian process control and automation companies.
Ashraf Samir Mustafa
Financial Manager
Mr. Ashraf is the Financial Manager of Workers Equity Holdings. He achieved a degree in the field of Faculty in commerce and has completed his higher financial studies from the University of Cairo in 1988. He previously worked in various companies dealing in petroleum services in Egypt. He therefore holds an experience of 15 years as an accountant and Chief accountant.
